it open alot more windows for him. He was obviously way better than DJ at that but I can usually tell who's he's looking to throw to after the snap. That comes with experience and confidence and Receivers running good routes.
DJ was the worst at that. Sometime pump faking 3 times to teh intended WR b/c he would stare them down the entire route. DW4 was great at it. DW always just kept his head faced toward the center so he could see the route develop but never really stared them down for a long periods of time.
These good DBs know when a QB does this and could be a huge reason we never have had good separation at WR.
