Clemson 2016 tight end commit J.C. Chalk has picked up an offer from Texas Tech according to his twitter account. This is his first in-state offer from any of the Texas schools.
Chalk has offers from Arizona State, Clemson, Colorado State, Duke and Texas Tech. He is the grandson of football coaching legend Gene Stallings. Clemson offered on 4/30/14. He committed to Clemson on 6/11/14 at the Dabo Swinney Football Camp. In 2013, he had 7 receptions for 90 yards. Blessed to have just received an offer from Texas Tech
