Oregon State won the College World Series Thursday by taking 2-of-3 games over Arkansas, moving to No. 1 in the final college baseball polls on Friday.
After a home regional exit, Clemson finished No. 19 in the Baseball America Top 25, which is down from a No. 7 spot going into the NCAA Tournament. Perfect Game ranked the Tigers No. 12, also dropping from No. 7. Collegiate Baseball ranked the Tigers No. 17, after having Clemson as high as No. 2 in the polls in late May.
