Exactly my prediction. If we get healthy on OL, I think we win. If not, no way we slow that pash rush and they're plenty good on the backend to keep us down if we have no time. Leigh is key

Gamecocks win regardless. Tight game if we have our O line back. More like 14-17 point loss if we are still banged up. Not a chicken fan but their playing at the same level as Bama, UT, UGA, etc - particulary on defense. Defense not as good as the glory years with CLowney and Casper Brinkley but good enough to beat a mediocre Tiger team.

Happily, I say 27-6. Mark it down.
It’s going to be a repeat of the 1980 game. Carolina came into Death Valley riding high at 8-2 with George Rogers and we were limping in at 5-5. Danny broke out the orange pants for the first time and the coots folded like a cheap tent as they always do when enjoying a taste of success.

Excellent point! We were stomping their butts and they quit, which is what the coots do.
I fondly remember Tommy Sharp dominating their big nose guard who had 8 inches and about 80 pounds on him.
