Watson with a 20 is upsetting.

Also Donovan McNabb, Steve McNair, Jim Kelly, Dan Marino....

Randall Cunningham, Testaverde all scored lower per the link.
Not Super Bowl winners, but not bad company.

Looking at that list tells me one thing, the score is irrelevant.

Peyton Manning, one of the smartest QBs ever, only scored 28. Brett Farve, a pretty good QB, scored 20. Terry Bradshaw, another decent QB, scored 16. You would think they could find a better test than that one.

Ok. Here is my selective list sayjng it is a great test.
Eli Manning 39 Andrew Luck 37 Aaron Rodgers 35 Tom Brady 33 Steve Young 33
But seriously it is just another standardized tool for evaluation Just like the physical tests at the combine. Think of all those guys with super low 40 times who did nothing in the NFL.
But yes, there are probably better tests out there regardless.

Jeff George 10 Donovan McNabb 14 Terry Bradshaw 15 Steve McNair 15 Jim Kelly 15 Randall Cunningham 15 Dan Marino 16
Not all Super Bowl winners, but some pretty good ones in that list.
I think Watson will be fine.

Has anyone here taken the Woderlic?

There is a sample online. I made a 20 my first time. It is tough. You have to really read the questions, they try to trick you. 50 questions in 12 minutes is not easy either. I ran out of time before my last 20 or so questions.
I guarantee a lot of these guys have to practice for this like the SAT, to get a good score.

There are hall of famers way down that list. Also many current players that are performing below 20. Maybe it doesn't matter.

Do you think Don Shula was thinking, "Maybe we should pass on drafting that Marino guy. Only had 16 on the Wonderlic." Shula was smarter than most...
