And it is pretty effective. I walk with mine and then remove it for my workout. Getting old but the vest is very cool even though it’s a relatively light weight, as I prefer only a 12 lb’er due to health issues.
I just hope they don’t wear theirs too much and pull a muscle or bust a nut or bulge a disk or cough hard and fart at the same time..

Love it. Mine has been in the closet for awhile but I really did get a benefit from wearing it to work out back once.
Also, gastrointestinal-system health is very important, and does not get nearly the awareness it deserves and should not be stigmatized. Tigers have to take care of their Tailpipe.

I wore 7-10 pound ankle weights leading up to track meets (a lifetime ago). I still remember the awesome feeling when I peeled those off. It was like gravity was reduced and I was going to lift off.

I used the old school ankle weights when getting in shape for basketball season. Wore them in practice sometimes but not every day.
