Looks meaty.
Treat it like catfish and deep fry nuggets in zatarans.

Discard fish. Lightly season the board and enjoy!

Fry it in some kind of store bought breading mix. Then I suggest pairing it with a sauce I like to call a sweet corn beurre blanc. The idea came to me today, basically it’s cooked corn off the cob, blended with a touch of milk, then strained to a liquid, and use that liquid in lieu of cream in a classic beurre blanc. It will be… spectacular. Maybe also serve it with a summer relish and top with blades of grass.
Enjoy with whatever you have more of in your fridge, Natty or Keystone.

You'll need a big metal barrel and a shopping cart.

Fill the barrel with garbage and set it on fire. Wait for the smoke to change from an inky black to a still-noxious sulphur gray. Place the shopping cart on its side on top of the barrel. This is your grill!
Here's the tricky part: You have to cook fast because the other hobos are gonna come running when they smell fresh meat. If you see Trackside Eddie, assemble your grill at the opposite end of the rail yard.
Remove the fish from heat once it's sufficiently burnt. Let it rest for 25 seconds and then season it with freshly squeezed wet sock.
Bon appetit!

You need a baking board to do it right.

You dress the fish and baste it with light garlic, salt and pepper mixed with melted butter and use butter.
Preheat the oven to 350-375 according to how hot your oven runs and bake for half a hour. Take the fish out, throw it in the trash eat the board cause gar ain't fit to eat.

You are SUPPOSED to give him good ideas and encourage him to eat it, then let him come back and report on how terrible it was because it is a trash fish no matter how you cook it.

recipes over on tigerdroppings.com. It’s an LSWho board and i guarantee one of them Cajuns can tell ya how to cook it. They might be a bit inhospitable if they was to find out you went to Clemons, but they legit put alll sort of kooky recipes on there. They good for a laugh too…summadem boys ain’t right.
