The deal is courage and "attempting" what everyone thinks to be impossible -> like throwing a baseball to the Moon.
Sherlock Homes often spoke as to that, as do I to my Bride when I take on the impossible.

Roger Bannister took on the challenge with the help of his friends.
Running the mile is brutal pain, at the end he understands it is up to him not to let them down.

This race was more -> doing what all thought impossible. It is difficult to take on a goal thought impossible.

One day jogging in the park a kinda chubby guy approached me asking if he could jog along.
In conversation he mentioned "in the day" he had won World medals -> "yeah right".

I looked him up -

He had been under 4 minutes often.

He began training to make the Olympic Steeple chase after being out of it all for years.
He mostly did many 200 repeats every day.

He later told me he need 2 more seconds and did not know where to get them.
No matter as he was soon the guy to beat in local Charlotte 5k races.

I was 9 years old at the time. We had no TV but my cousin who did told me about it the next day.
