Wow Keith Jennings was a WR at Clemson?

I met him a few times when he owned Jugheads downtown and he's built like a tight end or even a lineman now. Unless he was just a twig in college I bet he was a terrifying receiver.

Seems like by the time he was a senior he converted to TE, but he definitely played TE in the NFL.

6'4" 225 and remember him having a great game at WR when we whipped Penn Sate in the 1988 Citrus. He played TE in the NFL though.

When you see him again ask him about the Oklahoma game and throwing the football during warm ups and nailing the cheerleader driving the sooner wagon running his mouth right between the eyes. Of course, it was an accident and erratic throw lol

Haven't seen him since Jugheads closed, but I would guess he's still living around here somewhere.

Donny McElveen is McKissick's grandson and was left out of this. He just left our QB's to help Morris at SMU

No....Joey Gasque ...he was a kicker who played some. He was around the Welch time too. He is also not on this list....seems like Sports Information needs to double check. Also, Marcez Mitchell....although I don't know if he lettered.

He seemed to prefer the scoop in Columbia over Clemson. Most of his players were overate anyway. Happy for Summerville maybe they can find a good quarterback now.

Conway gave him a big fat L in 1988, baby.

Crazy that he was already a Bryant-esque legend all the way back then. Class act after that game too.
And he's just retiring now. Amazing.
