Clemson baseball pants / the new look and why

A lot of people have been talking about Clemson's new baseball pants - the piping down the side is smaller than in year's past and there was some discussion on our board last night. Here is what happened - Clemson and Vanderbilt were the only two teams that had the larger piping. I've been told that Clemson and Vandy both fought Nike against the change but in the end had no say in the matter as Nike discontinued them. Thus the pants you saw last night.
For those who are wondering what all the fuss is about - I've added a pic from last night and one from last season for comparison. The top pic is from last year and the bottom is from last night

Seems to me it just gives some a reason to complain. They are not happy unless there is something to complain about. Sad really.
