Jamarcus Grant - Offensive Line
Height: 6-5   Weight: 310   Hometown: Mullins, SC (Mullins HS)   Class: 2005
ESPN: NR

Jamarcus Grant is one of four offensive line commitments for the Tigers 2005 recruiting class. Grant enjoyed his unofficial visit to Clemson a couple of weeks ago.

"I took an unofficial visit to the Georgia Tech. It went really good. The atmosphere was awesome. I loved it. I have never seen anything like them running down the Hill in my life. Hopefully I will have a chance to do that next year."

Grant had some words of encouragement to the Tiger faithful after the current woes.

"First, I am still firm to Clemson. Several other schools have called and I turned them all down. They have a great coaching staff at Clemson. They will get it done. Even great teams take time to develop. Hard work and dedication and good things will come."

Some of the schools Grant has turned down include North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech. Grant is off to a good start to his senior season.

"Everyone is starting to pick it up. We just need to execute and go out and do what we need to do."

Grant's coaching staff does not hand out grades, so his stats are currently unavailable.
