Lawrenceville, Georgia safety Jalyn Phillips included Clemson in his top-5 schools on Saturday.
Phillips has the Tigers in a group with Alabama, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Southern California. Phillips, who is still waiting on an official Clemson offer, is rated as high as a four-star prospect by ESPN and the No. 22 safety by Rivals. He posted 58 tackles with an interception last season. Phillips originally had a top-10 of Alabama, Georgia, FSU, Oklahoma, Oregon, Ohio State, Clemson, Southern Cal, Nebraska and Tennessee. He visited Oklahoma and Tennessee this spring and told TigerNet he will take more visits this summer. Phillips will announce a commitment on August 20. TOP 5 !! COMMITMENT DATE AUGUST 20th , 2018
