More on Denhoff... Cade Denhoff - 4-star DE - Lakeland, Fla. Committed since: 1/26/20. Listed size: 6-4.5 235. Early enrollee Brings to Clemson: Denhoff added some pounds to his frame and didn’t show a loss in step as he was a dominant player for Lakeland Christian (Fla.) this season. His ability to disrupt the passing game by getting to the QB and knocking down passes has been lauded as he moved up the recruiting rankings. Depth chart fit: Denhoff enters at a pretty stacked position but Clemson hasn’t shied away from playing impact freshmen defensive ends over the years. He has the spring and summer to get stronger and in the playbook to show what he can do in 2021.
Lemanski Hall on Denhoff: "The thing I like about Cade (is) his ability to rush the passer as well he gives great effort. He plays hard and tough. Long kid. Cade has also been to our camp so he's camped with us a few times and we've had a chance to work with him and see him up close and person. That's why I love our camps is we get a chance to see these kids."
