Several Clemson 2019 commits made moves in ESPN's updated recruiting rankings on Monday.
Quarterback commit Taisun Phommachanh went from outside of the top-300 as a four-star to No. 165 overall as the eighth-ranked pocket passer.
Four-star running back Chez Mellusi jumped over 100 spots to No. 141 as the No. 6 running back.
In the top-100, wide receiver Frank Ladson Jr. moved up five spots to No. 32 overall as the No. 5 receiver and four-star cornerback Sheridan Jones slotted up seven spots to No. 73 overall as the No. 7 CB.
Safety Joseph Charleston rounds out Clemson's representatives in the overall rankings at No. 222 as the 12th-best safety.
Outside of the ESPN300, tight end Jaelyn Lay added a fourth star as the No. 4 TE-H. Linebacker Bryton Constantin debuted as the No. 10 linebacker and the No. 20 prospect in Louisiana. Safety Lannden Zanders debuted as a 3-star and the No. 31 safety. In punter Aidan Swanson's case, no specialists made the ESPN300.
In the overall team rankings, Clemson's 10-man class sits in eighth in a top-8 headed by Alabama then Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan and Ole Miss (15 commits, four more than any team in the top-15).
