Clemson's Death Valley is ranked #1 in Athlon Sports' ranking of the Top ACC Football Stadiums in 2015.

"The fifth-oldest venue in the ACC, this college football cathedral — dubbed Death Valley — is rumored to have had the loudest crowd in college football history at 133 decibels," Athlon Sports said. "Dabo Swinney's stadium led the ACC in capacity percentage (100.3 percent) and finished in the top 15 nationally in attendance last fall. Swinney loves his home cooking, going 38-5 at Memorial Stadium during his six years as Clemson's head coach."

Death Valley's capacity is 81,500 fans with a 81,752 average attendance in 2014 which was a 100.3% fill rate. The record for best attendance was 1999 with an average of 86,092 fans.

The runner-up for top ACC stadium was Doak Campbell Stadium which is the home of the Florida State Seminoles.
