Clemson assistant coaches ranked in Top 10 in total salaries

USA Today released its annual FBS assistant coaching salaries database from 2015 on Wednesday gathered from public school information.

The top five staff salary pools were SEC teams with LSU topping the list for the fourth straight year.

LSU ($5.4 million) was followed by Auburn ($5.3 million), Alabama ($5.2 million), Georgia ($4.8 million) and Texas A&M ($4.4 million).

Clemson ($4.3 million) was sixth overall and first in the ACC in total assistant coaching salaries.

Clemson assistant coaching salaries were the following:

Brent Venables - $1,406,107 (#5 overall)

Jeff Scott - $419,823 (#116 overall)

Tony Elliott - $419,076 (#117 overall)

Marion Hobby - $417,200 (#119 overall)

Danny Pearman $360,100 (#180 overall)

Robbie Caldwell $359,000 (#182 overall)

Dan Brooks - $357,000 (#184 overall)

Mike Reed - $315,400 (#237 overall)

Brandon Streeter - $275,000 (#304 overall)
