WATCH: Former Tiger has gender reveal party after game-winning hit

by - Assoc. Editor -

Former Clemson infielder Mike Freeman had one wildly memorable day on Sunday when he had the game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the ninth in a 3-2 Iowa Cubs win over the Omaha Storm Chasers.

However, the highlight of the day at Principal Park was after the game when he learned that he was having a baby girl in a gender reveal party on the field. Several pink balloons rose out of the box as Freeman embraced his wife Caroline.

Congratulations to the young couple on their future baby girl by everyone at TigerNet.com.

Check out the touching video below:

Freeman has had an impressive year at Triple-A batting .272 with six doubles, four homers, and 19 RBIs.
