Clemson picks up first-place vote in AP Poll |
Alabama stayed No. 1, but Clemson picked up one more first-place vote in this week’s AP Top 25.
The Tigers now have 18 first-place votes to Alabama’s 43, ahead of Penn State, Georgia and Washington in the top-5. Over the last two weeks, Clemson has added 10 No. 1 votes. Auburn cracked the top-10, at 10, while Miami sits just outside the top group after its 24-20 win at Florida State Saturday. Rounding out the ACC, Virginia Tech is 15th and NC State, 20th.
