Still Thankful.

I am so thankful for this team and for what they accomplished on and off the field this season.

They overcame so much and provided us all with a lot of joy.

As I have gotten older I have mellowed a bit on the days after losses. Still hurts, big time, but perspective and being a father have helped me to see the bigger picture in all this.

Last night, we were beat in every phase and we were out-coached. Two years ago the roles were reversed, we beat an “unbeatable” Bama team in every phase and out-coached them.

I’m still thankful and extremely proud about what this team accomplished this season.

We all should be.

P.S. That tOSU offense is going to cook Bama’s defense next week.
