I really believe that the coaching in the ACC is the best it

has been in 15+ years. I don't know about Diaz at Miami, but with Satterfield at UL, Clawson at WF, Brown at UNC, Mendenhall at UVA(freaking UVA folks), Addazio at BC, Narduzzi at Pitt, and of course our Coach Dabo Swinney, there are a lot of good coaches in the ACC. I am not sold on Dorren at NC State or Taggert at FSU, but the league by and large has very good if not great coaching. I just realized I totally skipped over Cutcliffe at Duke, today's game not withstanding, and Fuente at VT, there is talent in the coaching ranks. I do believe the player talent level is down a bit in the ACC, but the coaching is top notch. You give any of the above mentioned coaches the talent that UGA has, and they don't lose that game last week. The ACC will be better in the future, and the longer we can keep those coaches were they are, the better the league will be.
I don't disagree with the Miami and FSU need to be better...

I am not sure Fuente has had long enough (doesn't feel like he has been there a long time, could be wrong). I agree overall that Miami and FSU need to step it up. The Taggert hire still befuddles me. How do you go out and say in front of folks, we are going to hire a minority coach...not the best coach available, or the best minority coach available, but just a minority coach and think its the best that you can do for your program. I still don't know about Diaz. I do not like him, but he may be an ok coach, I really don't know.
