thing is very useful in helping you accomplish a proscribed task, and then you're like, really reluctant to give the thing back because it was so useful? Right. Anyway, this isn't that. It's the opposite, actually. I'm ready to send this scaffold back to the pits of Hell from whence it came.
Painting was scary.
Changing a light at 18' was terrifying.
New one looks aight though, besides that one bent weld, effers.
TL;DR: piss off, scaffold.

all of the time
i loaned it to a neighbor and got it back 3 months later and it sat in my garage for a few weeks and now my cousin has it.
it's like free storage for me.

Lastly, in my most serious non-mocking tone, let me add----you're in your mid-40's man. You make a good living. Pay someone $200 to paint that room. We aren't 20 anymore. One fall up there and you're in Christopher Reeve-ville.

I'll also tell the next realtor to #### off who says "It's just paint"....Yeah, that's what I thought too when I bought my house. Until I actually started buying paint and painting. I did everything but the master bathroom, got about 1/4 of the way done with it and just decided to quit. It's been like that for over 4 years now, because you know what, I'm not painting another GD square inch of that house. It can just be part orange, white, and whatever terrible shade of blue the original owner painted it.

I've gotta swap out a light @ 18ft....you've got like 3 ft in height on me to begin with, plus my ceiling's an additional inch higher, since I'm not accounting for the popcorn ceiling
Idea: Since you just got in a practice round, you should come do mine.....I'll throw in swapping out a fan at the same height as a learning opp.
