I know I know orange is the traditional. But seriously our purple jerseys are awesome and I wish they would rotate them out from time to time.

In Country Gentleman's defense, it was a TNet rhetorical question, anyone who follows Clemson knows the answer as to why we rarely wear purple.
I LOVE the "Regalia" on Military Appreciation Day, any other day give me all white on the road, orange over white at home, and ALL Orange for big games.

We save them for a special occasion, and what could be more special than honoring the men and women who have sacrificed so much fighting for our country, so that we can go to said football game and watch our team wear purple jerseys. I love the military appreciation day game and think saving the purple uniforms for that event is a perfect tribute. Just my 2 cents.

Because we wear orange or white ones instead? Seriously I hate special uniforms like that! You practice all year with your guys in white and orange, and for ONE GAME you wear something else. I really think if affects your teams' play because you are used to automatically recognizing your own colors and suddenly you are different and it takes a second to realize the guy in the purple is your teammate. My two cents!
