I think there’s obviously an argument, because obviously he made it


But….

Since he blew the FSU save, which would’ve given us that series win, he continued to blow games after that


And of course allowing West Virginia to win the game.

He was starting to be used too much by that time and was fatigued. You can't blame him for lack of depth. He still had a great season.

Agree totally. It’s too bad that he’ll be remembered for his last few games. In the first 80% of the season, he was almost untouchable!

I don't think so. He really ran out of gas, and that matters. He wasn't good in the regional.

The WVU game was lost in the seventh inning when we hit into a double play with bases loaded to end the inning. Needed at least a productive out there. If we score 2 or 3 runs that game is over. Our bullpen does it’s job and we most likely win the game. Too many times this year we struck out, hit into double plays, and just did not score with runners in scoring position. Had bases loaded twice in that game and scored 1 run.

That game also cost us the next game or maybe more accurate that inning cost us the next game.
