Which recruiting service is most reliable?

If y’all had To pick one service that you thought evaluated talent the best and ranked accordingly which service would it be? ESPN, Rivals, 24/7, etc. I was just wondering because sometimes I find myself questioning why one site might have a guy ranked so differently than another.

I would go by Rivals, but they all keep updating their rankings as the year goes on.

ESPN is by far the worst. This year especially though they all seem to be a bit all over the place. The 24/7 composite is probably best because it rolls them all together but it would be better if they just cut ESPN out.

For me I think the 24/7 Composite Rankings are the best way to go. What ever happend to Scout? Anyone use it anymore?

24/7 composite
It's a 1/3 mix of ESPN, Rivals, and 24/7's own rankings, so it eliminates any real extreme biases for the most part, but like any other rankings it gets more and more unreliable the further down the list you go. After maybe 500 none of the rankings mean much TBH.

They seem to have the least bias that I’ve seen but I almost exclusively use the 247 composite so it balances out all the variance between the big 3

Great question. I've always liked RIVALS the best but I'm really starting to get into 24/7

They’re generally pretty accurate. The higher your ranking, the better chance you have of making it to the league.
There’s always going to be misses when you’re evaluating 16-17 year olds and projecting what they’re going to be like when they’re 22.

If our coaches they could take all of their recruits only from the top 200 ranked players from recruiting services, but they couldn't take anyone else outside of that 200, I am sure they would agree to that and feel lucky.
