Here it’s fried chicken, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, and a little store bought tater salad. (I’m the only one that eats tater salad round these parts.)
Being the lunch lady has been enjoyable. But the grind is getting tough. Time to dig in deeper I guess!

it all so when I took her some chicken chili to freeze, she gave me that. It looked like dog food but it tasted great. Had pork, spices, and hominy in it. Got a little kick, I enjoyed it.

I've ordered it out (when you can find it) but never tried making it at home. Makes me miss the hot bar in the back of the Compare grocery store, theirs was fantastic.

I’m a bowl of red with beef man. But I’ve had a couple bowls of white bean with chicken and it’s not too bad.
Interesting how close it is to pozole and someone else mentioned that it this thread.

onion, and English coastal cheddar melted over the top with a few dabs of Bertman's Ballpark Mustard. Loaded baked potato Stax chips on the side, ice water to drink. Quick and delicious.
