Clemson puts its 3 major sports teams up for sale. Facilities to be leased to buyer. Buyer gets 100% ownership, team name and logo for use with those teams. Clemson retains 10% of media rights contract amount for each of the 3 teams.

Clemson takes the money from the sale, the lease of the facilities, and the 10% media rights, invests it and uses the money to pay for the Olympic sports. It drops women's basketball and softball since it no longer has men's sports in Bb or BB.

Look at the money saved and the headaches that go away. Funding the Olympic sports would get back to having student athletes. Fans would still attend the 3 major sporting events but would be buying tickets from owner of the teams. Iptay would continue but it would support the Olympic sports. Parking for the 3 sports would be part of the lease on facilities. Tailgating would be regulated by Clemson who would sell tailgating spots and they would be sold like season tickets.

I say, sell, sell, sell. The owner of the new teams would not have to stay in the ACC. Conferences would dissolve as we know them and become like the NFL. Maybe all schools would sell their teams and let the semi pro league set up a new league with the teams. Some college teams would not have buyers and those teams would go out of business or form a chit league and play among the D-2 OR D-3 TEAMS.

ESECPN could afford to buy it and then wreck it. If not for the Walt Disney company, they would have already gone belly up...

If this occured attendance would drop like a rock. Stadiums would be mostly empty on game day. I would not drive 5 miles to see them play must less 175 miles like I do traveling to Clemson for the ball games.
