What is the point of having the ACC Network Extra?

Was going to check out the ACC Tourney on my phone but it says it's Black Out with my Region and/or package.
Was thinking it may be just the GT/Pitt game but looking at the games following today they are also blacked out including Clemson.
Did the ACC Network itself or other network decide to broadcast it? Otherwise why would they want to decide not to show it on the ACC Network Extra. Did ESPN have a say so on it?
**Side note: The SEC Tourney is being broadcast...No issues

Go get the Bally sports app. I got fed up with cable but I miss canes hockey and braves games. ESPN app how I watch clemson. Well had to get a friends cable log in so I can watch those teams and clemson.

Dish Network isn't on the list of providers.
They have everything (or nearly in this case) under the sun including the local cable network Comporium but don't have Dish Network, one of the biggest companies on the planet.
I'm thinking this is all a conspiracy. They are forcing us on what we can and can't watch

I did the same thing because I figured the network that's supposed to cover our conference will actually cover our conference.
BUT time and time again, it seems to make decisions contrary to what it's supposed to do.
Right now they're showing Packer and Durham rerun and then Louisville spring game later.
When I looked at the SEC channel, they're covering their baseball tournament as expected.
During the women's softball regional, I tuned in to the ACC Network to see if they're covering the softball regional instead of maneuvering through the ESPN app on my phone. That would be a NO on that and instead showed some rerun of Duke basketball. Are they not done kissing ratface's feet?
And there have been many other examples.
I don't know what went into their decisions, but I believe the ACC is sending the wrong message to fans and future recruits.
Just my opinion.

ACC network has prime scheduling (Live ACC baseball games)to show and they are showing reruns and crap.
SEC network "for some reason" has figured this out and is showing live baseball.
No excuse for the tourney games not being on ACCN instead of ACCNX that even fewer people get.

The baseball tournament was part of the package originally sold to Fox Sports Regional Networks - along with a tier 3 football game and the Sunday Night Hoops package. When the network came into being, those contracts would have had to be bought out - at a time in which the institutions were making huge capital outlays - and due to ACCN not having an alternate channel on most carriers, the conference needed the carriage real estate for its football product.
I don’t like the tournament being on Bally’s - because they no longer carry any regular season baseball games, and if they are going to have the tournament, a regular season package should be a requirement. But I understand why it happens.

What really makes you cry is that Clemson thought it was a good idea to sign a Grant of rights with this Bozo conference until mid 30's.
