Now that is very rewarding and much appreciated. I love it when I am at the market talking to a stranger in the produce section and I tell them about a 2027 DB that has us in his top 5. They usually just walk away, but I can tell they appreciate the info and are taking it all in.

10 days gets you 10 points and 75 coins.
Click on your profile pic and select “streaks”. It will show the various levels. Click on a level and it will tell you how many points and coins you get. I’m at 91 days. Should make 100 but may not get to the next level because we will be out of the country for 2 weeks in July.

One of my, if not my best trip, was riding bikes for a week along the Rhine River in Germany. We would stop and drink beers and just enjoy life. I went to a festival for an afternoon in Koblenz. That was the first time I had ever really tasted fresh beer. It was delicious. I love that country.

We did the Viking cruise in the Rhine and Mosel rivers last year. Really enjoyed it but my wife got sick and missed all the shore excursions on the Mosel portion. We are going to stay 7 days in Bernkastel and then 5 days just outside Mainz. So the first part is on the Mosel and the last is on the Rhine. Flying in and out of Frankfurt. A couple of small villages near Bernkastel have their annual wine festivals the weekend we are there. The place we are staying has bike rentals and bus passes are included in our package. Will be riding the bikes to the small towns and taking the bus back. The hotel outside Mainz is close to the middle Rhine where all the castles and the Lorelei rocks are. Really excited about the trip.

I noticed they aren't very descriptive with their wine over in the Rhine area. They would just label them Not sweet, sweet, very sweet, or somethíng like that.
