I actually called USAA to ask if it was real because ### is mr cooper.
No complaints, but I really don't have any interaction other than logging in to get tax docs.

every month. USAA had a different mortgage servicer before that, too, IIRC. Now that I think about it, I can't remember if Mr. Cooper actually bought the mortgages or if they're just servicing them.

Yeah I have been in a lawsuit with them for 10 years now. I have almost lost my house twice. I had 3 heart attacks due to the stress and almost took my life another time.

Right before I sold my house. They are terrible and I had to jump through hoops for a lot of finalization of the mortgage. They said I hadn’t paid in 3 months and I was like well yea I sold the house 3 months ago. Eventually it got str8ened out but it was a pain in the ###.

they were worried I had not paid in 8 months and my insurance would be cancelled if I did not pay immediately. I got the letter in October but had sold the house in December 2022. No shid you didn't get a new payment.
