How do you tell somebody that can't make money off of their face or off of their name? I think that's a legal right. But how it plays in to sports is not going to be a positive.

For most high school players, they will make nothing. There will be some of the super sports high schools that will start paying players out in the open.
Schools like IMG have been paying players for years.

Sleaze bags will come from every crack and crevice to take advantage of these young men and their families. “Sports Agents “ will be looking for their percentage of the NIL take to shop the players around. Individual trainers, financial consultants, etc. For every star player who benefits, there will be more than we will ever know about that get ripped off!

Ohio is the outlier. I read Ohio is one of only 6 states that doesn’t allow High School NIL.
And Ohio still doesn’t allow spring ball. Which is absolutely crazy
