What reason do you have to doubt his statement when all the evidence we've seen this year seems to verify it?

and is extremely common, not just in sports. See DJ’s comments as well. Think about it, what is gained by making this type of comment if that’s the reason? I’m not saying he didn’t think he was being developed, but I can almost guarantee other factors were in play and this one seemed like the one that would put him in the best light at the time.

whether it's calculated to bring gain or not. And as I said, the evidence bears it out. The proof is in the pudding, and he wants to play on Sunday. Dabo would have been wise to pay heed and acted before this season. Maybe we could have made up enough ground to prevent El Cid from running roughshod at least.

It may have been how he felt.

But if that is actually the case, and you have found a new home that you feel will do a better job, you say “thanks for everything” on your way out the door. Again, I wouldn’t put a ton of stock in a public “it’s not me, it’s you”, but that’s me.

I don’t think there is just 1 reason. Anyone who claims otherwise has an agenda to push.
It’s a combination of From Texas Had a kid Got paid! Didn’t like his position coach Was getting passed on the depth chart

He told the staff , he would be returning in October of his Jr Year. Staff adjusted accordingly.
All posts claiming otherwise are just numbnut whiners showing their NIL HATE WES agenda.

something to the effect that "I didn't see myself getting any better at Clemson"? I remember that one of our transfers said that. If that isn't enough to tell you that the defensive coaching staff needs to go, what will?

“ "I just needed a reset in my life all-around, not just football but life in general," Mukuba said Monday. "I felt like that was the right time for me to make a move and try to find myself and find something to get me going. I believe I found that and found myself."
“ My time there at Clemson, I just felt like I wasn't really getting better," Mukuba said. "I wasn't being pushed enough to where I could reach my potential and my peak. The program wasn't where it needed to be for me and the whole team to be successful. After my junior year, I felt like it was the same thing. After that, it was only right for me to transfer."
