The word "liver" is an immediate non-starter. Coming from a man who has tasted and enjoyed hog maw and chitterlings, I'm serious about hating liver. Pig, cow, chicken, doesn't matter. Liver is liver. It is the body's filter for almost everything that's bad. Why would you eat it?
