Win it. You had a chance to tie it. Unless you had balllllls to go for two after second TD. Sounded like Brian Kelly loss in DV.

What irks me the most is that T-Net will put on here about asking Dabo about staff changes like he would mention anything like that right after a loss. Nobody will here Dabo say a word about any staff changes until it has already been done, and not a peep until. Dabo didn't get to where he's at by doing absolutely stupid chit like that before he even knows who is available and if they even want a job at Clemson, so why would the T-Net staff even mention something like that. If they need clicks that bad, it's them that need to make changes even more than Dabo does!!!

He’ll make change(s) when he gets back and evaluates the program. Not much to evaluate with DC. He’s awful, change needed.

I counted at least 5 plays that the Defense was nit ready when Texass snapped the ball. It’s been that way his entire career as DC!!!
it looked a little 1 sided on the PI calls! On the last drive that we didn’t score because we didn’t want to break any rules and not run it up the middle inside the 2, the DB basically had Westbrooks jersey in both hands and it wasn’t called. Terrell looked at Texas receiver and got flagged!!!

I personally believe that all in favor of Goodwin being shown the door, I honestly believe that we will get our wish.
At half time when Dabo was asked what wasn't working, he said the D was feast-or-famine, so he had to be leaning on the depressing side of the meaning bc nothing was happening good on the D side of the ball.

This was game 14, and we are still not playing good fundamentals. That is coaching. If we're going to be satisfied with four losses a season, then we don't need any coaching changes. Just keep on doing what you're doing. I guess the fans will need to make the changes.

Yes sir, and that's why the Longhorn put up right at 300 rushing yards on our defense today. BC we have such an excellent coaching staff we can afford to signed more 3 star recruits than we've signed over the past 10-12 years, and our excellent coaching staff will turn those 3 star recruits into 5 star recruit by the time we play our annual spring game. With that being said it's really troublesome knowing that some of our fans are actually suggesting that Dabo should fire some of his excellent coaching staff members. I mean can you imagine just how difficult it would be for Dabo to replace such excellent coaches like Wes Goodwin, Tyler Grisham, C.J. Spiller, and Kyle Richardson. Can some of you imagine just how tough it would be for Dabo to replace excellent staff members as those with the years of experience they don't have. Better yet, can you imagine the national championships we would be in danger of not winning if Dabo would replace all that excellence from our coaching staff. I guess it would be pretty near impossible to win national championships with them in the next 15-20 years!!!
I find it hard for me to believe that when Dabo added all of that excellent inexperience coaching to our FB team, I actually said we wouldn't be winning anymore National championships. How could I have forgotten they were excellent inexperienced coaches. The fact that they were excellent inexperienced staff members could have made me rethink my statement to saying goodbye to winning national championships. But at that time, I don't think that I was aware that they were excellent inexperienced coaches, my bad!!!

You going to have to be clever to run the ball and stop the run? Or you going to be the one they can’t stop?

What the heck is he supposed to say? "Yeah, I am going to fire Goodwin and probably several others because we suck on defense, and I think we could get a little more production out of the run game." Do folks really expect him to do that? I know there are folks that are mad, but come on, what do you expect him to say?
If there are changes, and I expect them to happen, they will only take place after Christmas, and probably not until well after the new year.

I’m very proud of the way we played off, especially with no real running game. Questionable play calls on goal line, but that’s a very good def. Cade played absolutely lights out. If we only had a typical Clemson defense I wonder what this year could have been.

It makes you wish that Dabo would have tried to at least get Vic Koenning back even after his jealousy of Dabo being name HC caused him to quit as soon as the 2008 season was over bc he was mad and probably embarrassed of Dabo getting the HC-ing job over him...

Most recruited by Texas from high schools ... some from the portal.
But no quit in Clemson players tonight. A good not great season with an ACC conference championship mixed in. Hold your heads high.
Next season has potential if Tigers can hold on to top starters and improve at RB, OL and DB/S.
WR's stepped up this year. Props to AW0, TJM1, BW12 and CK2. On defense, props to Parker, Hampton, Mickens and Brown. Get well Mafah, and best to Mafah, Mickens, Carter, and Briny with their NFL shots.
Go Tigers!

No quit in these Tigers Way to battle back & make things interesting by games end. I thought it looked like Cade is really coming into his own...he showed a lot of toughness & looked like a confident & decisive gamer out there. I wish we would have handed the ball to our RB's more. The Tiger RB's carried it 11 times for 71 yards which is 6.45 yards per carry. Not sure why Clemson made themselves so one dimensional on offense against the #1 defense in the country?!?! Those drives that sputtered in the first half might have fared better with a consistent commitment to the run game. It would have at least kept the Texas offense off the field for longer stretches, which was imperative, because they were playing rlly well on offense in the first half. Texas is a strong and balanced team this year, Clemson wouldve had to play really well to win this one, but you gotta love the fight they showed to the very end...I think next year is lookn bright for the Tigers, especially if they gain some balance on offense.
