Gainsville is a long way from LA.
USC is in a bad part of town. He could stay close to home, and go to a nice school, so he may change. We just need to be on his list.
If it is just money $$$ Georgia and Alabama are real close to home...
If he wants the best situation, Clemson is the obvious choice!!

I actually thought the player was a coot commit when I saw the Conn visit report. I misunderstood clearly. This will be interesting to see if the new DC and Ben can get him to take a look

All smiles either as he was with other 2 coaches which begs the question..
Do we go by smiles or go by his commitment to and wearing Trojans shirt..
Or are we wasting our time other than the fact he’s close to Tigertown and should know our good history of having great LB’ers who hit.

Personally I think we should always try to keep our State Talent at home. Keep reminding these young men that they have a Great school here in South Carolina. Kind of sounds like he may be one that is thinking he wants to venture away from home, like all the way to the other side of the of USA. Clemson should always offer out State players the opportunity to take the “Paw Journey.”

Sorry you are right. He is from GA. I misread the State, but anyway he is still close to SC and he is leaving to the other side of the USA. Would love to see him at Clemson.

I think Tyler Atkinson is the best Lb in the class and he’s also from Georgia. In the Navy AA game Atkinson made almost every tackle and he’s not committed. This guy is also very good and I doubt he sticks with the real USC.
