Tiger Park, Valley walk or the parking spot?

I am thinking of purchasing a parking pass in one of these lots. I would appreciate any info or opinions related to your past experiences parking there.

Tiger Park and Valley Walk much more expensive than The Parking Spot, but much nicer (20k vs $800). That said, I've been parking at the Parking Spot for the last 4 years and really like it.

I believe people are leasing spots in valley walk and tiger park for just a little more than the parking spot. What about access to bathrooms and tvs at the parking spot?

I've got a spot right up by the building (orange section), so I'm literally
10 steps from a bathroom. The wife and kids love the AC as well. Bathrooms nothing fancy, but adequate
