With a loss to App State so they could’ve continued to pile on (which has still be the case). There was nothing that team, coaches, or Cade could’ve done to appease that crowd. Would bet that if this team somehow ended up in the title game and won the main line would be “they’re still not that good Cade made some bad passes they just got lucky”. Our offense has looked so bad the past four years just enjoy not being the laughing stock of the week. They’ve proven they can make the plays now we just need to see the consistency.

I dont think they are necessarily coots, just old men who think they know more than they actually do about football. We can also bring their reasoning skills into question as they take a multivariable problem, isolate on one or two of the variables and solve for those without regard to the others.

I don’t think some are coots I just think they’re more obsessed about the perception of Clemson than the actual team. They’ve literally turned into mini big ears and just feed off of being miserable. You’ll never see a better half of football regardless of competition for a long time. After watching the same game for four years Saturday night was very rejuvenating especially being there in person.

One week at a time (and no not 66 points, but we know it when we see it— like the old saying about p*rn). If we can do that and grow each week, who knows how the season plays out. I am excited to see what we look like vs NCS.
