I've heard that Josh Pate has eluded to some major changes to the structure of the ACC coming near kickoff this year. No details but he's a good source. Could it be that the outcome of the trials will only determine what the payment will be?

All of what Josh Pate reported was coming from outside Law Firm lawyer he ran across in his past
yearly travels who has no dog in this fight. Lawyer says ACC is screwed, but will be controlled/reconfigured league. FSU and others are departing the league. Lawyer also said the details are baking in the oven with announcements coming in August!!!
