guns can't be regulated because it's a right.
But voting, which is also a right, is fair game?

Then Republican volunteers can go round' handing out Highpoint 9mm's to all of the homeless, elderly, and mentally ill. Everyone gets a gun, no effort required...We'll come to you! That would be exciting actually.

I have bought and sold A LOT of those handguns in my past. Always felt a bit guilty, but it was part of the job. Sold a ton of the Taurus Judge too, they both were hot at the time and Big Rock Sports made sure we all made good money on them.
If you could pass the background check, you got one. Really not much else you can do, but most of those purchases were with cash.

While we are treating voting and firearms the same, can there also be a line on the ballot that allows the citizenry to check a box for which politician should get a bullet to the head?

Guns are regulated. Voting is regulated.
Both should be done with common sense.
Your incendiary post is exactly why meaningful conversations can't take place.

I don't think any of us on this board have argued for non-citizens to have a right to vote.
If you think non-citizens are voting in elections, could you please show us your evidence ?

Restricting murder toys to prevent needless deaths is literally against the Constitution, but restricting voting is not.
How else are we going to keep POC from voting Democrats into office?
