He and his staff are doing a terrific job. Huge improvement over the previous staff.

Didn't think it was that recent. I do recall Debbie winning a few big games but seemed like that was 2022 but I dont know of course.

Beat Va Tech right after Christmas in 2023. Had high hopes after that but it didn't pan out after that. I believe this will be different. These girls are together.

LOL Debbie? Her name was Amanda. D### No wonder our women's basketball program isn't supported by Clemson fans and got in such terrible shape.

BTW Amanda Butler is now the Assistant Head Coach at Louisville. Don't think Jeff Walz (one of the top coaches in the country) is going to hire any slackers. I thought she was a pretty good recruiter.

I was concerned when he was bringing in transfers from Southern Conference schools as far as winning in a P4 conference but it's a real good sign he already is and hasn't recruited his first full class yet.

It seems like several of our last women's coaches were just looking for a paycheck for their last few years of coaching and then retiring or moving on to an assistant's job. Shawn looks like he has higher ambition and will either build our women's program into a powerhouse and propel his career ...... whether he stays on or leaves for a traditional powerhouse.

Agreed I hope we can keep him if he continues to turn it around. Will be concerned if someone like Geno retires at Powerhouse UConn or the new coach at WBB tradition rich Tennessee doesn't work out.
