Parking Spot in Tiger Park for Sale

After graduating their last child from Clemson in December, my parents are looking to sell one of their tailgating spots in Tiger Park.

NOTE: This is not the purchase of the use of an IPTAY spot for the 2017 season but ownership of a parking space in perpetuity.

Tiger Park is the gated location across from the Esso Club and the spot includes access to a Tiger-Park-Tailgater's only restroom facility. It's a 5-minute walk to Death Valley!

The spot is #265.

They're asking $28,000 for it, other spots in that lot currently going for 30+. Please T-mail me if you're interested.
