Various research on micro-plastic toxicity shows 7 favorite foods & liquids are badly affected.
1. Sea Salt: the ocean is full of plastics so go to mined salt or pink Himalayan salt.
2. BEER: Recent testing of German beers showed 24 had excessive micro plastics, while 12 in U.S. and Canadian beers did. Go local and IPA.
3. Bottled Water: This is my downfall!
4. Shellfish:

6: Apples/Carrots:
7. TEA:
Saying..personal health, use of plastics and environmental issues must be taken seriously and all of us have got to be a source of help and enlightenment.
Pretty dang sad when a guy (or gal) can’t drink a cold beer or use salt on those taters and have to worry about a clogged artery due to a plastic grocery bag!!

There is one thing for absolutely sure, there is a lot of us that try our hardest to live a clean and healthy life and we believe we should be healthy bc we do what we believe is the right things with what we eat and drink, but something is taking us out when we thought we should be healthy. Could it be the preservatives they are putting in our food and storing it in plastic wrappers and bags that is taking us out when we believe we have been eating and drinking the right things, and now they are telling they are being stored in the wrong things...

I'm assuming the beer is canned beer, as cans have a plastic lining that will leach into the beverage... same with tea in a bottle or can.
Glass bottles would be ok, at least I hope so 🙃
