FSU series is more important than Coastal right now because of where we both are in the ACC standings. That's probably a winner-take-all series for the regular season title, so I'd want to throw the very best arms that we have.

That being said, I think using Bell in the FSU series is a great way to keep his feet to the fire, let him face the best of the best so that come Regionals or Super Regionals he's ready to go.

Personally, I'd stick with Knaak and Titsworth on Friday-Saturday, then on Sunday you start Bell (instead of Chance Fitzgerald like last week), stretch him out and let him go until he hits his pitch count or gets in trouble, and then you bring in Bailey and let him go 4, 5, 6 innings like he did against Louisville.

Bakich said Bailey views himself as a reliever first and loves coming in in those high leverage situations, so you use Bell as your opener and then flip it to Bailey and see if he can finish it. I liked that strategy of using the bullpen back to front instead of front to back and I think we might see some more of that especially come Postseason time.
