It blows my mind Swanson was signed as a free agent by Atlanta to replace Pinion.

I love Clemson, but how that is happening with Atlanta is beyond belief, unless they are saying Swanson just had a bad couple of years at Clemson, idk! But I wish him all the luck in the world..
Hopefully we have a great portal pull for a punter soon or someone at Clemson will shock the world at the punter position..

I think that is way off base. Draft is Thurs-Sat this week, UDFA occurs after the Draft concludes. He may get a tryout somewhere if at all but that is probably it. A projection for ATL is ridiculous, Pinnion is one of the best in the league and hasn’t shown any signs that he is about done. The 1 year left on the contract is meaningless. He’ll resign with ATL next year or somewhere else. If he resigns elsewhere then ATL would start looking for a punter at that point.

You are correct... my bad. They all were projections. I guess I figured some players that have zero chance of being drafted like Swanson might sign NDFA contracts even before the draft. It was all projections though.
