How is everyone doing? I'm new to tnet, but have been a tiger fan my whole life. Going to the Troy game, mainly because tickets are cheap lol (don't roast me too hard). I haven't been to a game in a very long time, since the Whitehurst days, so here's my question. What has changed since then, or is there anything I need to be cautious of? All input is greatly appreciated. Go tigers!

Give yourself plenty of time to get there and get parked. Lots of construction work going on, and many fans arr in new parking lots. There may be much confusion.

Nor should you say anything positive about the ACC. Learned that the hard way. It’s stupid but unfortunately it’s true that if you say you cheer for the ACC then you will be called a coot. So your posts should only be about 100% Clemson. This is a heavily biased msg board. So if you try to be objective about another team you will be crucified by a small but loud group of people who love to call people coots for the stupidest reasons. (Now there are some instances where I can see why someone might call someone else a coot but other instances are a stretch to me imo.)

Welcome back! If you're not a season ticket holder, buy yours from a certified seller on TigerNet. But the way things are now, a parking pass is as important as a ticket and nearly as expensive if you plan to park anywhere near the stadium. Take a look at the map so you can figure out how far you will be walking (C-1, Lot 16 etc ugh). Easier to bite the bullet and get something close to DV. The environment is still incredible. The new board is amazing, especially at night, and the experience is unlike any other. The LSU game will be off the charts leading up to kick off. Go Tigers!! Beat the tigers!!

Since Whitehurst days would be 20 years ago.
Prepare for change. Cheapest parking within reasonable distance is probably along College Ave, but even that has gotten expensive relative to the length of walk to the stadium. If you want to try it, you'd better arrive 3-4 hours before game time. At least it will allow plenty of time to take a liesurely walk to the stadium with a stop downtown or at the Esso Club if you like.

I’ve been a member since 1999 do not post very often.
I have three very brief observations about how this started and where we are.
Number one. It was a wonderful sharing of information as best. I can recall. May be up until 2010 2011 really happy for someone to correct Me
Number2. 2/0%our group have heart problems. They’re very angry. We could say that Dabo has a good haircut or Brad Brunell knows how to build a squad and you would be astounded at the number of negative respones. do not know how to use Tiger net except to post and read the board. There may be some people that filter responses and know what percentage of those people Are positive.
Number three . There are some great posts. I always love to see spuds got something to to post. I always enjoy the what’s for dinner. There are prayer request made, and I like that. We can help people as God is working.
