Hall left because he couldn’t get in the outfield rotation consistently and I think Nawrocki left because he wanted to go somewhere where he could play shortstop and he ended up at South Carolina… playing second base lol. We added Paino and Listi so that has been a fantastic swap so far.

Thank you j10. Bakich has talked often how difficult it is when you have guys that want to play. Can't fault them for transferring. I wish them all well. To speak ill of them is saying our university is scum too for recruiting them to begin with.

i disagree with the majority here. By all accounts they were good teammates when they were here. I dont know why they left. But those guys put the orange on and competed hard last year. I cheered for them last year and I clapped for them tonight when announced although obviously I didnt want them to succeed against the tigers. would have been a lot classier if we had just cheered them when announced in the lineup and then treat them like any other USC player, but certainly not worse.

I'm sure both expected to be booed. There's no way they played at Clemson, knowingly transferred to its biggest rival, and thought they would receive a warm welcome back.

Monte recruited them so it does make sense. Nawrocki is from NY, and there's plenty of other schools. Hope the best for them over all. However, when they play us I hope their lives are miserable.
