Poor coaching. Add in SOFT and you have Clemson's secret recipe. And the defense is our best unit. SMH.

I feel like we were the more physical team. We ran the ball harder than them for sure. They beat us really on the perimeter and in space. We got them in 3 or 4 3rd and 8 or 9. They converted on crossers targeting linebackers. Not just Wade. Sammy got beat bad by Haynes on a crosser for a 1st down. And beat us on the perimeter. The last 2 drives they started beating us a little more straight ahead. By then the D was done. Definitely not the same defenses we had were they would chear on the 2nd and 3rd stringers for stopping a team from scoring late in a game.

Not embracing the portal took care of the second string being far below the first. Now we can’t win close ones. Coaching has been the difference between wins and losses. I don’t think things are gonna get better this year.
