I have a feeling this is not going to end well for Jim Clements, Nikki Haley, or Lindsey Graham.

All of this smells to high heaven. These crooked politicians never miss a meal at the proverbial money table while letting the Country/Community go down the Crapper. Hopefully change is coming and these scalawags will be exposed. Hang in there Oconee County shine the light of truth and expel those who leech in the Dark.

Why would the Nieri's give millions to Clemson if not to make millions more off their connections? For love of Clemson? Ha.

What Michael Neari is doing here is standard operating procedure to get large projects done. It takes cooperation between local authorities and developers to move large projects for the benefit of communities. This smells like a local official who is jealous and wants to smear Clemson. I don’t think it makes it very far in the state house in Columbia.

I don’t like the whole Nieri/Clemson connection thing but Google Matt Durham. He’s a dirtbag. A couple of years ago, SLED investigated him and had him arrested for abusing his wife. She wouldn’t press charges, though, and the case had to be dropped. And for whatever reason, he won re-election🙄

Hopefully so, I have no use for these three. Under Clements leadership Clemson has become as radical and anti American as any other communist inspired university. As far as Graham and Haley if you put them in a wet paper bag they would fall out together.

Matthew Durham is a total #########. While I agree that something is a little shady in this situation, the last person I would listen to s Durham.

and responses not being handled the right way. They don't want to bring negative energy to Clemson even if it's not really anything behind it. The rest of the Board resigned also because they wanted Nieri to step down as Exec Chair and let the management team hired at UHG to handle the operational stuff. I imagine that has a lot to do with Clements and Haley stepping down as well, they just didn't want to disclose/use that as the reason to limit the damage to Nieri given his donor/alumni ties. Nieri built the company and still really controls it - shouldn't be involved in the day to day at this point.

Tampons in men's bathrooms? The 32 genders in the dorm app? Dabo repeated giving everyone the finger? Giving all players a scholarship? Recruits bailing out? A losing season? Ongoing DEI program? Etc....

Exactly how is this Matthew idiot shredding CU leadership?

Clemson administrators did nothing wrong. They simply explored a potential development opportunity. As for transparency with Oconee councilmembers, Clemson owes them nothing.
Matthew creating a big stir as though he's some hero is laughable, but it will probably help him with the NIMBY crowd in future elections. Other than feeding his own political ambitions, all he's doing is torpedoing a potential development for the county and ending careers in the county administration office.
