we all were on the fire Grisham train the last 2 years and for good reason but, amazingly enough, he becomes a much better WR coach when we get Wesco and Moore, both top 10 WRS from the 2024 class. Granted, Grisham didnt make what we had better which is his job but perhaps the bigger problem was recruiting, i.e. we made some big mistakes there with the Frank Ladsons, Joe Ngata, Ajou Ajou and even Adam Randall who looks to be a better RB than WR.

But yes, I will agree the talent level probably isn't what it was a few years ago.

make rosters/practice squad. Top end talent is not as many early rounder types and the 2 deep is not there in spots but still a lot of guys will go the league including some this board bashes. 1 DE spot was bad this year and no depth at the other. Lack of experience depth at LB, and could have used better Safety play/depth at times.

How do you know He did not make them better?
Ngata when healthy was good .
Ladson was more about attitude , a bad one.
But yes it is always about the Jimmys and Joes! Always!
