Got the tugboat tied up at Domino Sugar in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. The very city where Scott-Key wrote the most American song ever.
This is my 3rd straight Independence Day in Baltimore , at this very dock.
And what's more American than sugar ?
The fireworks display in B-More is second to none , and there will be drones , too!
Very exciting for this old salt. Very Stars and Stripes.
The crew and I will be grilling on the stern of the Emerald Coast. Stop by for a plate !

Will you be in Boston Harbor next year when the tall ships come sailing in ? I was there in 1976 and it was a sight to see. I was also at Disney World in 1976 and they celebrated pretty good. Was not there on July 4th that year but in late June.

Spent many a weekend in Baltimore’s inner harbor eating at Phillips’ sea food. You are correct the fire works there are second to none. I have to admit the best time was when eating ice cream on the White House grounds during the first bush’s presidency while fireworks were going off on the mall.

Celebrating 249 years of freedom is amazing and next year will be a year long remembrance when the nation's 250th birthday rolls around. As far as the world goes, Bastille Day is celebrated not just in France but in countries around the world, including the US, and is every bit the equal of July 4th here.
