Looking at the front page, pic of LSU player and article.
Can you imagine how much fun it would be to play LSU, UGA, UT, Florida, Auburn week in and week out?
I know it won't happen, but can you imagine the weekly excitement in the Valley versus our current slate of opponents?

Since it's not going to happen, no since in sitting around talking about it. We'll see what Maryland has to pay and what else the B1G does, otherwise, the ACC is our conference.

If you think we will be in the ACC this time next year, you are not paying attention.
We won't be invited to the BIG. While we see ourselves as an elite academic institution, the BIG does not.
We're staring down the barrel of road trips to Norman, Stillwater, Waco, Manhatton, and Lubbock.
Just considering what it would be like if it were otherwise. Sorry.

there are stories out that the pac12 has rejoined talks with okla and okla st about coming to their conference. if that does indeed happen, the big 12 could be in trouble and help the acc stay alive a little longer. seems every one in the big12 hates texas and is trying to distance themselves from them. stay tuned, it could get interesting.

Looks like the BIG is our best hope of joining a respectable football conference. The travel will be brutal but at least we'll be playing decent schools. This VT game is just further proof that we need to pi55 on the fire and move along.
